Position Title: Technical Business Analyst (Forex Broker)
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PH Time

Are you an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a background in forex brokerage environments? This is your opportunity to join a global financial services team from the Philippines and play a key role in delivering high-impact projects. You'll work closely with product and IT teams, bridging business and technical requirements to enhance trading platforms and client experiences.

Responsibilities as a Technical Business Analyst:

• Collaborate with product teams to capture, analyze, and document business requirements, converting them into detailed user stories.

• Break down large-scale product requirements into manageable components to support agile delivery.

• Serve as the main liaison between product and IT teams, clarifying requirements and helping prioritize tasks.

• Maintain and regularly update internal data on competitor offerings and key market trends.

• Support various project coordination activities, including documentation, communications, and tracking action items.

• Ensure comprehensive project documentation, such as requirements, technical specifications, and user manuals.

• Develop a working understanding of the company's IT infrastructure to provide technical insights and recommendations.

• Assist with technical integrations of new features, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementation.

• Participate in the development and refinement of PMO templates and workflows to strengthen project management practices.

• Conduct gap analyses to identify differences between current processes and desired outcomes.

• Create training materials and user guides to support system adoption and best practices.

Qualifications as a Technical Business Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a forex brokerage environment (non-negotiable).

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Business Analyst within forex or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with MT4, MT5, and/or cTrader platforms in a live brokerage setup (non-negotiable).

• Strong technical aptitude — able to navigate and understand complex systems, integrations, and data flows.

• Knowledge of API integrations, SSO configurations, and system architecture.

• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.

• Experience working with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools.

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to changing business needs.
