We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead lead generation, client engagement, and market expansion efforts. The role focuses on increasing pilot trainee enrollments, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet enrollment and revenue targets
- Identify new markets and partnership opportunities
- Generate leads through networks, events, institutions, and outreach
- Conduct B2B client presentations and proposals
- Manage sales pipeline, reporting, and forecasts
- Build and maintain client and partner relationships
- Lead negotiations and close deals
- Support and guide sales teams
- Track sales performance and optimize conversion rates
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management
- Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Aviation or training industry experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
