Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Lead to oversee and guide a team of sales representatives in achieving performance targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team toward achieving both individual and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Monitor daily team activities, track sales performance, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to improve productivity and quality of work.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities, areas for improvement, and training needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Training to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.
  • Handle escalations and support team members in resolving complex customer issues or objections.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
  • Foster a positive and competitive team culture that promotes engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 2–3 years of sales experience, with 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role (preferably in a BPO or call center setup).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office tools, and sales tracking platforms.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as needed.
