
Sales and Operations Manager

The Sales and Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's daily sales and operational activities. This includes driving client acquisition strategies, overseeing loan processing, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, managing collections, and forecasting performance. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in lending, banking, or financial services — with deep understanding of credit evaluation, loan lifecycle management, forecasting, and hands-on sales execution and team leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management-
Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive client acquisition, loan disbursements, and portfolio growth.

Build, train, and supervise a high-performing sales team.

Develop and implement marketing and partnership strategies to expand the client base.

Establish and track KPIs related to sales productivity, client conversion, and loan quality.

Conduct field visits and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Oversee daily operations including loan application processing, approvals, disbursements, and collections.

Ensure accuracy and compliance in credit evaluation and loan documentation.

Monitor loan portfolio performance and lead efforts in delinquency management and risk mitigation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflows, policies, and controls.

Utilize data and forecasting to manage operational budgets, targets, and staffing requirements.

Enforce policies aligned with local financial regulations, data privacy laws, and internal risk frameworks.

Work closely with credit analysts to improve loan underwriting models and client assessment standards.

Proactively identify operational gaps or inefficiencies and implement process improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or any related field.

At least 3-5 years of experience in the lending, microlending, banking, or financial services industry.

Proven track record in sales leadership and credit/loan operations management.

Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, portfolio forecasting, and collections processes.

Experience in a start-up or fast-growing environment is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
