JOB OVERVIEW

The Sales and Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of truck sales and after sales operations, ensuring efficient processes to achieve sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth;

  2. Lead and mentor the sales team by setting clear objectives and monitoring performance;

  3. Closely coordinate with Aftersales Team to ensure availability of Spareparts and quality repairs;

  4. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the sales process;

  5. Knowledge in preparing sales and operations budget and forecasting future trends;

  6. Recruit, train and develop sales and operations staff;

  7. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment and promote teamwork and motivation.

QUALIFICATION

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;

  2. at least 3 years work experience as Sales Manager gained from vehicle or truck industry;

  3. Strong leadership and team management skills;

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;

  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;

  6. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

SALARY AND BENEFIT PACKAGE

· Attractive salary and incentive package

· Salary range (50k – 60k)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
