Job Title: Enterprise Windows Client Security Administrator

Location: BGC, Taguig (Onsite, Night Shift - 5 times a week)

Employment Type: 6 months

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Windows Client Security Administrator to manage and secure enterprise workstations across a large, distributed environment. This role involves remote support, patch deployment, and advanced troubleshooting, with a strong focus on endpoint security and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 24/7 remote support for Windows 10/11 workstations across corporate offices, retail sites, and supply chain locations

  • Monitor and manage endpoints using tools like Intune, Radia, PowerShell, and Active Directory GPOs

  • Deploy security patches, updates, and fixes to ensure system integrity

  • Handle Tier 3 escalations for desktop software, OS, and file server access issues

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems

  • Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 3 years in Tier 3 Desktop Support or Engineering in an enterprise setting

  • Strong knowledge of endpoint security, scripting (PowerShell, VB), and remote management tools

  • Experience with Citrix Workspace, Azure infrastructure, and Windows networking protocols

  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
