About the role
We are seeking a talented and proactive HR Assistant to join our dynamic team at MARIPOSA BUDGET HOTEL' in Pasig City Metro Manila. As a full-time HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR function and contributing to the success of our company.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the Training Department, including filing, record-keeping, and data entry
- Coordinating employee training and development programmes
- Supporting the implementation of Training Department initiatives and programs
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure effectiveness of training program
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 6months - 1 year of experience in a similar Training , HR assistant or administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy in all work
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow
