We are seeking a Social Media Manager who will focus on community management. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator, ensuring our social media channels remain active, engaging, and consistent with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, manage, and maintain JoyRide's social media platforms to ensure consistency and overall performance.
  • Engage with the community by responding promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and feedback.
  • Regularly review and update social media bios, pinned posts, and other static content to keep pages current.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align posts with campaigns and brand messaging.
  • Track community sentiment, identify trends, and escalate potential issues when necessary.
  • Assist in content creation and other social media initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media or community management, or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in customer service or online community engagement is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics or monitoring tools is a plus.
