  • Coordinates closely with the client on the manpower requirement in the project, scope of work, tools and equipment needed in the project and ordering and monitoring of consumables consumption, if necessary.
  • Collates all billing documents from the other departments in the company, such as but not limited to copy of the P.O., delivery receipt, before, during and after pictures of the project site and acceptance testing report after the installation and turnover of the facility to the client.
  • Assist Project Manager to negotiate with subcontractors for the provision of additional manpower needed in the on-going projects to meet the project timelines of the client.
  • Coordinates and communicates with the client on the activities being performed by the Company by informing and updating them on the status of the activity in the project site for alignment with their timeline.
  • Collect and monitor project trackers regularly. Ensures that all data is up-to-date, accurate and effectively reflects the current status of the project
  • Consolidate the project tracker of Project Controllers, monitor and regularly update the database for the project's progress, ensure compliance with the timelines provided by the client and send reports to the VP of Technical Operations.
  • Takes part in the quality management review and updating of processes and procedures to ensure processes and procedures are updated and implementation is strictly observed by all operating units.
  • Acts as the lead person on the control and safekeeping of all documented operating and support processes and systems.
  • Check the completeness of requested materials indicated in MERF that are based on the BOM approved by the Client and submit to the VP Technical Operations for approval.
  • Helps the Project Controller in completing requirements for processing Access Pass to be submitted to the clients and ensures that the access pass will be released prior to the expected date of deployment.
  • Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time relation to the position.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
