We are urgently hiring an HR Assistant to join our growing team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role, with a strong focus on recruitment
  • Knowledge of various HR functions (e.g., employee relations, compensation & benefits, training) is a strong advantage
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Demonstrates a high level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity when handling confidential information
  • Willing to work overtime, including holidays and weekends, when required
  • Available to start immediately
