Job Description:

We are pooling applicants for the Human Resources Department. Qualified candidates may be assigned to any of the following areas based on experience and department needs: Recruitment & Selection, Labor & Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development.

What You'll Do:

Depending on assignment, responsibilities may include:

Recruitment & Selection

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
  • Schedule and conduct initial interviews
  • Assist in preparing job posts and managing applicant records

Labor & Employee Relations

  • Assist in handling employee concerns and documentation
  • Prepare memos, notices, and reports
  • Support the implementation of company policies and disciplinary procedures

Compensation & Benefits

  • Process government-mandated benefits
  • Assist in payroll preparation and employee records management
  • Handle C&B inquiries and maintain accurate employee data

Training & Development

  • Assist in planning and executing training programs
  • Prepare attendance records, materials, and certificates
  • Monitor employee development plans and training compliance

General HR Support

  • Maintain organized HR files and documentation
  • Assist in HR projects, programs, and employee engagement activities
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Experience in HR is an advantage (Recruitment, ER/LR, C&B, T&D)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • High initiative
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
