Create a sense of urgency on non-paying debtors. Work closely with the client support representative to resolve disputes. Meet/exceed monthly phone, activity & fee quotas. Qualifications: Prior Collections experience.Must speak English Attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multi-taskAptitude for technologySkilled in negotiationsArticulate communication skills both verbally and in writingTime management and interpersonal skillsRequired / Must-have Skills:Collection ExperienceDispute Resolution/Coordination experienceSelf-Motivated Problem solverQuality English-speaking skills. Proficiency with the software/tools: Netsuite and Salesforce Handles moderate stress well and is not easily overwhelmed.
