Available Roles & Qualifications

1. Customer Service – Collections (Entry to Mid Level)

  • Salary Package: ₱20,000 – ₱24,000 (Total Compensation)

Qualifications:

  • College graduate (with or without BPO experience)
  • College undergraduate (no back subjects) with minimum 12 months BPO experience
  • Excellent communication skills

2. Insurance – Collections

  • Salary Package: ₱26,000 – ₱30,000 (Total Compensation)

Qualifications:

  • Completed at least 1st year in college
  • Minimum 18 months BPO experience
  • At least 12 months experience in Collections or Billing
  • Excellent communication skills

3. Customer Service – Collections (Senior Level)

  • Salary Package: ₱30,000 – ₱40,000 (Total Compensation)

Qualifications:

  • Completed at least 1st year in college
  • Minimum 36 months BPO experience
  • At least 24 months experience in Collections
  • Excellent communication skills
