Salary: To Be Announced Employment Type: Full-Time | Remote Overview: We are building our talent pool of experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeepers who can manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensure accurate records, and support the accounting operations of our clients. This is a great opportunity for professionals who are organized, analytical, and proficient in using accounting tools and systems in a remote setup. Key Responsibilities: Record and categorize daily financial transactions in compliance with U.S. GAAP. Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and other financial accounts. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and collections. Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Collaborate with accountants during audits, tax filing, and financial reviews. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. accounting standards. Qualifications: At least 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience for U.S.-based clients or companies. Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting principles (GAAP) and best practices. Experience handling U.S. payroll, taxes, and reconciliations is a plus. High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Tools & Software Proficiency: QuickBooks, Xero, or FreshBooks (or similar accounting software) Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Slack, Zoom, or other remote collaboration tools Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
