What we look for:

We're seeking proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented professionals who can work independently and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment. Strong English communication skills, good internet connection, reliability, and a client-focused mindset are key to success in these roles. 

We have following talent pools:

1. Administrative Professionals

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
  • Strong data entry and documentation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation

2. Customer Service / Sales Representatives

  • Minimum 1 year of inbound, outbound, or chat support experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

3. Bookkeeping & Finance Officers

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, or AP/AR
  • Familiarity with accounting tools and financial reporting
  • High accuracy and attention to numerical details

4. Marketing Professionals

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or SEO
  • Experience running campaigns and creating engaging content
  • Analytical mindset with knowledge of performance tracking tools

5. Virtual Assistants / Executive Assistants / Personal Assistants

  • Minimum 1 year of experience providing virtual or executive support
  • Skilled in calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence
  • Excellent communication, time management, and confidentiality
