Part-Time Lead Generation & Email Marketing Assistant - Work from Home (U.S. Company)

We're GuildSteam, a Colorado-based U.S. company that connects global talent with US companies and we are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation & Email Marketing Assistant to help us grow our client base. If you have at least 1 years of experience, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a part-time remote role with the opportunity to grow into full-time.

Working Hours (Remote, Fixed Schedule):
12:30AM - 4:30AM Philippine Time (PHT)
(Matching 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM Mountain Standard Time, USA)

Starting Pay:
PHP 5,100 per week

Part time - 20 hours per week

Job Description:

As a Part-Time Lead Generation & Email Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting leads and building outbound lists.
  • Cold emailing and follow-up campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in Lead Generation & Email Marketing.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written).

  • Experience preferred with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Manatal).
  • Experience with Lead Generation systems (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Reliable internet and quiet work environment.

Opportunity to Grow:
This position starts at 20 hours per week with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance.
