Real Estate Lead Generation Virtual Assistant Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Lead Generation Virtual Assistant. This is a client-facing role that involves generating leads, nurturing relationships, and driving business growth.

Job Description:

This role requires the ability to source and qualify leads from various platforms, including Zillow, Redfin, and Facebook Marketplace. You will also be responsible for making outbound cold calls, following up via email and SMS, and nurturing warm leads. Additionally, you will set and confirm appointments for real estate agents and acquisition managers, conduct property research, and update CRMs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of real estate lead generation or cold calling experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable working full-time during U.S. Eastern Time hours
  • Proficient with real estate tools (CRMs, dialers, Google Workspace)
  • Internet-savvy with a reliable connection and a quiet work environment
