Our company is seeking a skilled Lead Generator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for researching and compiling lead lists from various sources, sending cold emails, and managing CRM entries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written English skills, be highly organized, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

A successful Lead Generator must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and compile lead lists from LinkedIn, job boards, and databases.
  • Send targeted cold emails and track responses.
  • Manage CRM entries, contact updates, and follow-up flags.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills.
  • Skilled in Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and online research tools.
  • Experience supporting sales or recruitment teams is an asset.
