We are hiring on behalf of a company who seeks analytically strong Head of Corporate Development to drive the next phase of growth. This role is ideal for someone with a background in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking who wants to help shape the future of sustainable science.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and lead corporate growth opportunities including capital raising, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct market research, build business cases, and drive investment or M&A execution.
  • Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and deal structuring efforts.
  • Develop investor materials and represent in fundraising, roadshows, and negotiations.
  • Work closely with founders on long-term planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence on industry trends in the company products.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Venture capital, Private equity, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
  • Strong track record in financial analysis, strategic planning, and executing high-impact deals.
  • Exposure to early-stage startups, manufacturing, or climate tech sectors is a strong plus.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in lean, high-expectation environments.

Location: The role is based in Alabang
