Job Title: Social Media Marketing with Facebook Ads Location: Remote Type of Employment: Part-time Salary Range: PHP 20,000.00 (5X/week 4hrs/day) Job Summary: We are looking for a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Management, strong Canva design skills, and a solid understanding of social media strategy and content creation across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)Create visually appealing graphics, stories, and reels using Canva that align with brand identity and marketing goalsSet up, manage, and optimize Facebook Ad campaigns to meet specific performance objectives (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.)Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendationsResearch current social media trends, competitor activities, and new growth opportunitiesEngage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build meaningful community interactionsCollaborate with the team to brainstorm creative campaigns and marketing strategiesMaintain brand consistency in all marketing materials and social media activities Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Social Media Manager / SMM VAStrong experience running and managing Facebook Ads (including audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking)Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and content creationFamiliarity with Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager and other social media tools (Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative thinker with a strong eye for design and attention to detailAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setupBasic video editing (for reels and short-form content)Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or paid social strategy on other platforms (e.g., Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads)Experience analyzing social media metrics and preparing performance reports Benefits: Permanent work from home set-up Great team of smart people, in a friendly and open culture Real responsibilities and challenges in a fast-evolving company 7-14 days annual leave credits Submission Instructions: You can directly send your application in: https://www.careers-page.com/ironbrij-2#openings Attach your resume in PDF Format
