Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Virtual Assistant (VA) with proven experience in Social Media Management (SMM) and Conveyancing support. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, handle conveyancing-related tasks, and manage social media activities to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including email and calendar management, document preparation, and data entry.
- Assist with conveyancing processes, including preparing, reviewing, and managing legal documents related to property transfers, contracts, and compliance.
- Communicate with clients, solicitors, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of conveyancing tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for legal and administrative documents.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and client engagement.
- Monitor social media performance, respond to messages/comments, and track analytics to optimize content strategy.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure marketing and conveyancing goals align with business objectives.
- Conduct online research as needed and provide timely updates to management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Background in Conveyancing or property/real estate support is essential.
- Experience in Social Media Management (content creation, scheduling, and analytics).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, or similar).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and conveyancing software is an advantage.
