Learning and Development Associate

Job Description:Develop training programs to address skill gaps.Collaborate with department heads to set learning objectives.Create engaging learning materials (e-learning modules, presentations, manuals).Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions for employees.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance metrics.Maintain and update the LMS with relevant content.Stay up-to-date with trends in learning and development.Qualfications:Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field.At least 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.Strong knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies.Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital tools.
