About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager who takes full ownership of outcomes and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role requires someone who can turn numbers into action, align with brand partners and internal teams, and consistently deliver growth. You will play a critical role in translating sales plans into results — not just by tracking performance, but by influencing it.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end internal sales coordination to support monthly sell-out targets
Analyze performance data across brands, regions, and channels to identify trends and drive decisions
Lead internal execution of pricing changes, brand promotions, and supplier-initiated programs
Coordinate with Trade, Inventory, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align priorities and execution timelines
Secure and track supplier deals, discounts, and buy-back arrangements to improve sell-out performance
Prepare structured, executive-level reports with insight-driven recommendations
Operate with a high sense of urgency, accountability, and precision — especially during peak cycles
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in sales operations, trade management, or supplier coordination
Strong data handling skills; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is essential
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables and respond quickly to shifting priorities
Clear, direct communicator with high attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
Experience in telco, electronics, or retail distribution is a distinct advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
