Cloud Support Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex customer issues related to our cloud-based products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to ensure consistent customer experiences.
  • Participate in regular weekend working rotations to ensure 24/7 support coverage.

Requirements:

  • Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
  • Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux systems, including virtualization/cloud, containers, and storage technologies.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills, including ability to navigate stack traces and logs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
