Cloud Services Technical Specialist

This is a remote opportunity to work with a cloud-based platform, providing technical support and troubleshooting services for clients.

As a Cloud Services Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for administering, supporting, and troubleshooting issues in Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows 10/11 environments.

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for clients across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and Modern Workplace platforms.
  • Administer, support, and troubleshoot issues in Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Assist in implementing and managing cloud-based projects including migrations, deployments, and upgrades.
  • Monitor and maintain client environments using remote management tools and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Service Desk, Level 3 engineers, and project teams to ensure efficient incident resolution and project delivery.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support internal and client use.
  • Participate in an on-call support roster as required.
  • Stay current with developments in Microsoft technologies, security, and modern IT practices.
