Job Title: Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.

About the Role:

We are looking for someone who is highly organized and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding new employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Screening: Identify and engage top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring that all necessary materials and information are provided in advance.
  • Onboarding: Ensure a seamless transition for new employees, providing all necessary documentation, equipment, and support to facilitate their success.
  • HRIS Management: Maintain accurate records in our HR system, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Communication: Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, including employees, hiring managers, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • 2+ Years of Experience: In human resources coordination, recruitment support, or a related field.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and instructions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and other HRIS systems.
