Job Title: Workday Expert

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to lead our clients' implementation and support of the Workday Human Capital Management system.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in designing, implementing, and supporting Workday Integrations, including EIB, Studio, Cloud Connect integrations, and Workday Recruiting module.
  • Engage in implementation planning, fit analysis, facilitating design sessions to gather requirements, configuration, unit testing, rollout, and potentially post-implementation support.
  • Resolve configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules.
  • Collaborate with industry visionaries to enhance the hybrid cloud and AI journey for innovative organizations.
  • Support a culture of growth and development opportunities that values unique skills and experience.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Core HCM, Workday Integration with Studio, and Workday Learning. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Mid-Senior level experience in consulting, human resources, or information technology.
  • Familiarity with business consulting and services, staffing, and recruiting.
  • A strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and AI concepts.
