About the role

Vive Inc. is seeking a talented Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic team in Baguio City, Benguet. As our HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, driving organizational development, and aligning our workforce with the company's strategic goals. What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing effective human resource strategies, policies, and procedures to support the overall business objectives
  2. Overseeing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations
  3. Designing and executing talent management initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top-calibre employees
  4. Providing strategic HR advice and guidance to senior management on workforce planning, organizational structure, and change management
  5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
  6. Fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment that aligns with the company's values
  7. Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and recommend continuous improvements

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in human resource management or psychology
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  3. Excellent knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management strategies
  4. Demonstrated success in designing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business performance
  5. Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  6. Proven ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions
  7. Familiarity with HR information systems and technology-enabled HR solutions
