Job Description

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as an Outbound Lead Generator. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients through proactive outreach efforts.


Responsibilities
  • Prospect Identification & Research: Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers within target industries and develop personalized outreach strategies.
  • Personalized Outreach Execution: Craft compelling emails and LinkedIn messages based on prospect research and execute targeted cold calls to secure meetings.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business challenges and determine if our solutions are a good fit.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Schedule introductory meetings or calls between qualified prospects and our account executives.
  • Activity Tracking & Reporting: Accurately log all outreach activities and track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Tool Utilization: Effectively utilize sales tools, including CRM software, email automation platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales development, business development, lead generation, or inside sales.
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to generate leads and schedule meetings through outbound prospecting.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive outreach.
    • Strong research skills to personalize outreach.
    • Resilience and persistence in handling rejection.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume outreach across multiple channels.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience targeting mid-market or enterprise accounts.
    • Experience working in industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Logistics, or Online Retail.
    • Familiarity with custom software development services or related B2B technology solutions.
