Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who share our passion for serving customers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Customer Service Representative role in a Business Process Outsource environment. Strong computer skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and internet proficiency are essential. The ability to work on shifting schedules, keen attention to detail, strong time management and adaptability, exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills are also required.
