Remote Customer Service Representative

This is a temporary, remote position contingent on disaster relief efforts. As a customer service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and provide exceptional solutions to their inquiries.

  • Assist customers with service inquiries and respond to their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Apply customer service techniques and learn account management systems to improve customer experience.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. You should also have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
