Customer Service Representative Opportunity

- Respond professionally and efficiently to inbound and outbound calls.
- Solve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving.
- Research and retrieve information across systems to support customer needs.
- Document interactions accurately and process claims.
You must have prior experience in a call center setting and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken. A high-speed internet connection and suitable work environment are also required.

Requirements- Age 18 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior call center experience
- Work-from-home experience
- Strong command of the English language
- Typing speed of 20+ words per minute
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
This position operates in a professional office setting. The employee may need to sit/stand for extended periods while using a computer and headset.
