We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team Whether you're a newbie or a tenured professional, this is your chance to shine in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide clear, accurate information.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Document and track customer interactions and feedback.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • At least a high school graduate.
  • Open to newbies (no experience required) and tenured professionals (experience in customer service is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).
  • Willing to work on-site in Cebu IT Park.
  • No final interview – apply with ease

Salary and Benefits:
  • Salary: Up to ₱26,000/month depending on experience.
  • Sign-on Bonus: ₱15,000 once hired.
