About the role

Join the customer service team at Unibrew Industry Trading as a full-time Customer Service Representative in our Mandaue City, Cebu office.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients across various communication channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
  • Assist customers with problem-solving and offer solutions to address their needs
  • Log and document all customer interactions to maintain detailed records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service (customer service or technical support preferred) or BPO role, preferably in the call center & customer service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and provide empathetic support
  • At least 2-5 years work experience as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO with health care insurance account is an advantage
  • Business-related course is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries efficiently
  • Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and able to multitask effectively
  • Fluent in English and the local language
  • Willing to work in a dayshift
  • Able to start ASAP and work onsite at AS Fortuna St., Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu.
