Job Overview

We are seeking a sharp, solutions-driven Compliance Intake & Triage Coordinator to manage compliance-related inquiries submitted by our workforce.

This is a key role requiring someone who can balance independence with collaboration and navigate complex or sensitive compliance issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ticket & Case Management: Monitor and manage compliance-related tickets, engage with employees to assess inquiries, and accurately document, track, and follow up on all compliance cases.
  • Compliance Triage & Escalation: Evaluate the nature of each issue, determine the appropriate course of action, and route and escalate cases to relevant departments with documentation and context.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to validate information, seek subject-matter input, and support continuous process improvement by sharing insights from case trends.
Requirements
  • Must-Have Skills & Experience: 3+ years in HR operations, compliance support, or case management, familiarity with U.S. or Canadian compliance topics, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experience with Salesforce or similar systems.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting teams from an offshore/remote environment, comfortable collaborating across time zones, and remote work setup with reliable internet and secure conditions.
