Job Overview

The Lead Tax Compliance Specialist is responsible for driving the delivery of high-quality tax compliance services to clients.

  • Preparation and lodgement of individual income tax returns, business activity statements, and fringe benefits tax returns
  • Bookkeeping in client accounting files including Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks
  • Payroll processing in client accounting files including Xero and MYOB
  • Uploading invoice payments for clients
  • Processing quarterly superannuation payments
  • Preparation of monthly management reports for clients from their accounting platforms
  • Accounting for Division 7a loans
  • Tax planning
  • Trust distribution minutes

In this role, you will also be responsible for assisting with advanced tasks provided by the Accounting Manager or Service Delivery Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
