Job Opportunity

The role of a Senior Compliance Specialist plays a pivotal part in establishing a culture of compliance and risk awareness across global operations, leveraging technology to enhance regulatory adherence and continuously improve policies, training, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve high-risk client assessments within tight timelines, providing feedback to the compliance team and presenting each case to the Head of Compliance for final approval.
  • Ensure timely management of screening alerts, with no outstanding name screening alerts beyond 24 hours and no unresolved transaction monitoring alerts after 48 hours.
  • Conduct quality reviews of Low/Medium/High-Risk cases, preparing a quarterly findings report with remediation suggestions.
  • Complete or review at least 80% of investigations within 15 calendar days and file required STRs within 5 calendar days of closing the investigation.
  • Identify and recommend improvements in client KYC, risk assessment, transaction monitoring, or screening processes to be implemented with Product and IT teams.
