Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Support Specialist to join our remote team.

  • The ideal candidate should have an excellent command in the English language and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Prior administrative experience is required.

The primary responsibility of the Virtual Assistant is to be organized, prioritize tasks efficiently, and support the Executive Assistant. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties including capturing and inputting information into the database.
  • Keep all filing systems up-to-date and accurately record various forms of data.
  • Provide effective support in a team-based environment.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders through emails and phone calls.
  • Organize schedules for meetings and manage contact lists.
  • Prepare spreadsheets and maintain online records.
  • Create presentations as assigned.
  • Meet productivity and accuracy standards while ensuring confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Administrator.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately.

This role involves performing administrative tasks with minimal supervision, prioritizing workload, and ensuring accurate completion of tasks within deadlines.
