Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role, with proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). This individual will handle front-office communications, basic bookkeeping tasks, project coordination duties, and provide general administrative support.

This role involves answering incoming phone calls, directing them appropriately, or taking messages. The successful candidate will also enter work orders into the system, update job statuses as needed, create and process invoices accurately and on time, assist with accounts payable and receivable entries, and maintain and organize digital and paper records for jobs, invoices, and documentation.
