Remote Administrative Support Position

This part-time opportunity focuses on providing top-notch administrative support, leveraging expertise in recruitment and HR management. Key responsibilities include handling the ERP process, re-formatting candidate CVs, and ensuring uniformity and accuracy.

Ideal candidates possess previous experience in administrative or recruiting roles, with a strong ability to work with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Extreme attention to detail is crucial for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle ERP Process & Recruitment Gmail: respond to emails, process candidate resumes, endorse candidates, keep ATS up-to-date, coordinate with Account Managers, reach out for additional information, update and organize files/SOPs.
  • Background/Reference Checks: champion integrity and quality assurance by ensuring checks are conducted for all approved candidates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in administrative, recruiting, or HR support roles
  • Strong AI Prompting Skills – Proficient with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to summarize, reformat, and generate professional candidate messaging, format CVs, and notes.
  • Extreme Attention to Detail – Triple-check everything; no typos.
