As a senior associate in Ariba professional services, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement.

You will be responsible for conducting business needs analysis, defining 'to-be' processes and solution requirements, and developing deployment strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Proactive involvement in the implementation of SAP Ariba solutions.
  • Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges with client teams and key stakeholders.
  • Define 'to-be' stage of processes, solution application requirement and performance measurements.
  • Co-develop deployment/enablement strategy, roadmap and plan to achieve 'to-be' stage effectively.
Responsibilities:
  • Support and pursue team goals with accessing tenders, building proposals, winning work and delivering projects.
  • Act to resolve issues that prevent the team from working effectively.
  • Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
  • Develop a point of view on key global trends and how they impact clients.
  • Manage diverse viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
  • Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points.
