Short Description

Responsibilities

  • Triage all Ariba tickets as first point of contact and escalate to Tier 2 as necessary
  • Responsible for Master Data Management, Transaction Management, and Payment requests
  • Payment requests. Monitoring Ariba System operational alert logs
  • Development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and Training Manuals for the creation and maintenance of master data.
  • Create Ariba knowledge articles on frequently asked questions and add to ServiceNow.

Experience

  • At least four (4) years relevant experience in related field
  • At least one (1) year relevant experience in Financial Shared Services
  • Excellent communication skills
