Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the SAP Ariba Tier 1 Support role. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for triaging all Ariba tickets as the first point of contact and escalating to Tier 2 as necessary. They will also be responsible for Master Data Management, Transaction Management, and Payment requests. In addition, they will monitor Ariba System operational alert logs, develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Training Manuals for the creation and maintenance of master data, and create Ariba knowledge articles on frequently asked questions and add to ServiceNow.

Responsibilities
  • Triage all Ariba tickets as the first point of contact and escalate to Tier 2 as necessary
  • Responsible for Master Data Management, Transaction Management, and Payment requests

Requirements
  • At least four (4) years relevant experience in related field
  • At least one (1) year relevant experience in Financial Shared Services
  • Excellent communication skills
