Job Overview

Achieve Without Borders Inc. is hiring a Solutions Consultant (Pre-Sales) to help businesses transform with leading ERP platforms such as Odoo, NetSuite, and SAP. If you've been conducting IT solution demos, this is your chance to level up your skills and showcase complete ERP solutions that drive real value.

As a Solutions Consultant, you won't just run product demonstrations. You'll analyze client needs, design ERP workflows, and deliver solution-driven presentations that highlight how ERP can improve processes across sales, CRM, accounting, HR, and supply chain. Your goal is to turn business challenges into success stories by showing clients the real impact of ERP.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
  • Partner with sales teams to qualify prospects and understand business challenges.
  • Run discovery sessions to uncover client pain points and align ERP solutions.
  • Deliver tailored demos that highlight business value, not just features.
  • Build solution proposals that balance client needs with technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate smooth project handovers to the delivery team.
  • Support marketing and client education through webinars and workshops.
You'll Do Well If You
  • Have at least 2 years of ERP experience, ideally with Odoo, NetSuite, or SAP.
  • Understand how ERP ties into core areas like sales, accounting, CRM, HR, and supply chain.
  • Can explain technical workflows in plain business language.
  • Are confident presenting to executives and handling tough questions.
  • Think strategically and avoid overpromising while still winning client trust.
