Product Development Leader

A Product Manager and Project Lead is sought to spearhead the success of our clients and the products they utilize. This role will drive the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects while ensuring solutions meet customer needs and drive positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Gathering Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop detailed specifications, and analyze market trends and competitive analysis.
- Product Development: Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensure alignment with overall strategy, create product roadmaps, and set clear milestones and delivery timelines.
- User-Centric Design: Conduct user feedback sessions, usability testing, and create user personas to guide development, ensuring a user-centric design approach.
- Project Management: Manage projects from inception to delivery, including performance and security testing, using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Ensure product functionality and performance meet quality standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent skills in conveying complex ideas to various stakeholders.
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience managing complex software projects from planning to delivery.
- Technical Skills: Experience with product management tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum), and software testing.
- Innovation Mindset: Passion for finding creative solutions and enhancing user experiences.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Fluent English proficiency is essential for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
