Product Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the product development lifecycle. This involves driving business objectives, analyzing data, and making informed decisions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the product backlog, prioritize sprints, and evaluate progress at each development stage. Additionally, you will oversee campaign execution and product enhancements, ensuring success rates align with key performance indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate has a strong background in product or marketing management, preferably with experience in fintech, banking, eCommerce, or IT industries. At least 3 years of relevant work experience is required, along with proficiency in data analysis, Google & MS Office applications, and SQL. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product backlog and prioritize sprints
  • Drive business objectives and analyze data
  • Evaluate progress and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Oversee campaign execution and product enhancements

Requirements:

  • Strong background in product or marketing management
  • Preferably with experience in fintech, banking, eCommerce, or IT industries
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Driven, self-managed, and capable of working independently
  • Proficient in data analysis and comfortable handling large data sets
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Google & MS Office applications, particularly Google Slides/Powerpoint and Sheets/Excel; knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
