Job Title: Project Manager

The Project Manager will lead product development and business enhancement from conception to launch.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic planning projects for Engineering and Business, including third-party integrations, marketplace growth, e-commerce technology, and business projects.
  • Lead business projects across the company.
  • Help to streamline and automate processes, and continuously improve platform and toolset features.
Requirements & Development Lifecycle
  • Engage stakeholders to gather comprehensive product requirements and feedback.
  • Capture high-level product requirements and translate them into detailed tasks for the development team.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Departments to aid in the design and development of technology-based process improvements.
Project Facilitation & Problem Resolution
  • Enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency by understanding business and technology workflows.
  • Facilitate effective project completion across all stakeholders.
  • Identify and assist in the resolution of conflicts, competing priorities, and roadblocks.
  • Work closely with the business to cultivate an overall technical understanding of the platform.
  • Manage technology development efforts while bridging the gap to business re-engineering, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience) and a minimum of 5 years of related PM experience ideally with e-commerce knowledge.
  • eCommerce Platform Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of various e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, Database systems, and reporting platforms.
  • Product Documentation: Proven ability to document product requirements with sufficient knowledge, detail, and clarity for technical teams.
  • Requirements Analysis: Strong experience performing thorough requirements analysis through independent research and testing methodologies.
  • Project Management Tools: Expertise in utilizing modern Project Management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Methodology Acumen: Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, Kanban, GAP Analysis, SWOT Analysis, and other relevant project methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach to identifying and resolving complex challenges.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Strategic Mindset: A strong inclination to challenge the status quo and contribute innovative ideas that drive business strategy and growth.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Direct client-facing communication experience is desired but not mandatory.
