Product Development Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to oversee the development of innovative products and drive strategic growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating business objectives into actionable product plans, ensuring successful execution from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and market trends
  • Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing tasks based on strategic importance and technical feasibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and optimize existing products
  • Analyze market research and customer feedback to inform product decisions and improve user experience
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS space, with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful products
  • Strong expertise in agile methodologies, data-driven decision-making, and user research
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • A deep understanding of technical constraints and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
