Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in the development and execution of training plans, materials, and knowledge checks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product training, with experience in developing and delivering training programs for technical audiences. You should be highly technical, with excellent organizational and planning skills, as well as the ability to work and learn independently.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing comprehensive training plans and materials
- Assessing individual and group training needs, and maintaining accurate records
- Creating and updating knowledge checks on a regular basis
- Facilitating new hire onboarding training
- Planning, preparing, and researching lessons
- Creating, organizing, and delivering training materials, including online courses
- Delivering training sessions to team members on an individual or group basis
- Checking and assessing user work, providing feedback and course grades
- Preparing training summaries for stakeholders and presenting effectively
Key qualifications for this position include:
- Previous experience as a Product Trainer
- Strong technical background, with experience in writing documentation and creating courses
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to assess needs and contribute to team goals
