Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking risk management professional to lead our compliance and control framework. As the Head of Risk Management & Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our global business operations meet all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust compliance and controls framework across Global Business Services (GBS).
  • Lead GBS-wide compliance risk assessments and control mapping with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to embed controls into standard processes and ensure ongoing operational compliance.
  • Provide expert guidance on risk mitigation actions and control execution gaps to senior leaders.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to compliance requirements for all GBS teams.
  • Implement a structured self-testing program to proactively identify and remediate control gaps before audits.
  • Monitor real-time compliance across all delivery hubs and escalate emerging issues to senior leadership.
  • Partner with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with relevant local regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in risk management and compliance, preferably in a global business environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
